MMADecisions.com: every judge’s score for every round of every UFC decision.

Ported from the research (ufc/dataset/scrape.py: judge_scores, parse_decision) with identical parsing: a year’s listing page names the events, an event page names its decisions, a decision page carries the scorecards. Pages are read one at a time and paced (:class:~.scrape.PacedFetcher); slugs with unicode names are quoted as the research quoted them.
