Keeps the Kalshi WebSocket mirror subscribed to the card’s markets.

The card run hands it the current market list whenever the card changes (a distance market listed on the day, a replacement fight); it rebuilds the one connection and points the market data at it. Without credentials there is no stream and every book is a REST snapshot.
